§ Description

Detailed description

HTK manufactures high-quality CIP systems for dairy, fruit-juice and beverage production lines. The system handles the full cleaning cycle after production: acid clean → alkali clean → hot-water rinse → cold-water rinse. Procedure sequencing is fully programmable to your line's requirements, with full-auto, semi-auto and manual control modes.

All product-contact piping is internally polished to a sanitary finish to ensure full self-cleaning and self-sterilization, removing any risk of cross-contamination between batches. The unit includes its own electrical distribution cabinet built with Siemens PLC and Schneider components, controlling tank temperature, discharge temperature, acid/alkali concentration, flow rate, fault alarms and procedure shifting.
