From inquiry to first production run — 90 to 180 days.

You share product type, capacity, voltage and timeline. We respond inside 24 h.

Quote

Sized line layout, equipment list, FOB/CIF pricing. Drawings on deposit.

Step 03
Build

60–120 days fabrication. Weekly photos. Factory acceptance test before ship.

Step 04
Ship

Crating, customs, port-to-port. CIF or DAP terms available.

Step 05
Commission

On-site install, run-in production, operator training, signed handover.

What's the typical lead time for a complete production line?

For standard equipment 60–90 days; turnkey lines 120–180 days depending on capacity and customization. Air-freight expedite available at extra cost.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

Yes — included in the contract. Our engineers fly to your site, supervise installation, run trial production, and train your operators. Travel cost depends on country.

What materials do you use for product-contact parts?

SUS 316L for product-contact surfaces, SUS 304 for non-contact. All material conforms to FDA standards; mill certificates supplied with shipment.

Can you customize equipment to our voltage and process?

Yes. We support 220 V / 380 V / 415 V / 440 V at 50 or 60 Hz, and customize tank volumes, pipe sizes, and PLC logic to your line layout and product spec.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard: 30 % deposit by T/T, 70 % balance against B/L copy after factory acceptance test. L/C at sight available for orders above 100 k USD.

What warranty do you offer?

12 months from commissioning date for all manufactured parts (excluding consumables and wear items). Extended service contracts available.
